In today's Trib there is a fine article by Peggy Fletcher Stack over a courageous couple forced to resign their membership in the LDS Church because of their opposition to the church's ban on gay marriage.
I really had hoped the September Six would be the last of these kinds of things. I guess I wished in vain. The forces for uniformity are alive and very powerful in quelling dissent it seems.
We have all lost something with the passing of the Danzigs out of our fold. I wish them my best and my respect for their courage and faith.
