When man invented the bicycle he reached the peak of his attainments. Here was a machine of precision and balance for the convenience of man. And (unlike subsequent inventions for man's convenience) the more he used it, the fitter his body became. Does the plan offeror indicate a price range for the actual boat building, including all the beautiful woodwork, accessories, and electronics that will be needed? It looks as though we need to start budgeting to make this happen!
Yes, of course. The big item will be the drive unit but that comes at the end. In the beginning it is lumber, SS screws, plywood, then epoxy and glass cloth. A lot of sweat equity in this boat. They have been built in a few months to a couple years. Time and budget will drive the progress.
